If you follow the steps in the first four pages of the attached document, and you still can’t get connected, call the Helpdesk at x2100, or email
helpdesk@asburyseminary.edu, and we will help you. There are some configurations that aren’t “normal”, so we will have to help with the setup for those users.
In addition to instructions on how to install the new Mitel Connect on your computer, this document also covers how to use the software once you have it installed. Please reference the attached document for questions you may have. If you cannot locate an answer, please contact the Helpdesk for assistance.
