Entering Grades in the Faculty Portal

Here is a basic process for entering grades in the faculty portal: 
  1. Log into portal.asburyseminary.edu (choosing Faculty Portal)
    1. Remember, your username is first.last@asburyseminary.priv
  2. Expand the "My Classes" button in the left navigation link

  3. Choose "Gradebook" in that menu

  4. Choose the term for which your course(s) were taught. 

  5. Choose the class from the list by clicking on its name. 
  6. Click the "Final Grades" tab
  7. Select the appropriate letter grade for each student. Be certain NOT to select invalid grade options which may appear in the drop down menu. You may only enter the following standard letter grades: A through F, and CR or NC if it is a non-letter-grade course. 
  8. Click "Save Final Grades" before leaving the page!
